"Are we there yet"? Comes the cry from the back of the car for the tenth time. Speed up the start of your stay and save time by confirming all your details online before you arrive. As soon as you get here, park up and come to reception to collect your key. Make sure you pre-register before you arrive to avoid queues at reception.

Here’s a quick run through of what you’ll need to check-in online

• Start by clicking the big button below. You'll go straight to your online check-in page and you'll need your confirmation number, departure date and the surname used to make the booking. You'll find all of this information in all the emails we've sent you.
• Once logged in you can check all your contact details are correct or complete any missing details. You'll need to complete all relevant details before checking-in.
• You can add extra people to your booking so that we know to get extra keys ready for you.
• Please give us your car make, model and registration number and tell us roughly what time you’ll be arriving so that your key card will be ready in time.
• You can add your credit card details when you check-in online. We store these details securely and it allows you to charge things back to your lodge during your stay. You can choose to skip giving us your credit card number and we'll take it when you arrive instead. We are a cash-free resort, so, you will pay by debit or credit card. 
• Once you hit the check-in button, that’s it, the job is done.  You may receive further pre-stay emails from us regarding your stay but you won’t receive an email to confirm you’ve checked-in.

When you arrive

• We know you're excited to get here, you can arrive any time after 4:00pm.
• When you arrive at the hotel reception, pop to any of the desks to pick up your key card. No need to fill out any more forms. If you didn't complete your credit card details during the check-in process, we will take it at reception for any extras you need to charge to your lodge during your stay. 
• If it's your first stay indeed to the resort and you need exact directions, then take a look at our resort map now or download our app. You'll find maps inside to direct you to your unit and a full list of events every day during your stay - many of them free for you to attend.
• When you arrive at your lodge, make sure you insert your key card into the slot by the door to activate the electricity. Your lights won't work without doing this.
